Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from King Jah GmbH to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. All offers are valid "while stocks last" unless otherwise noted for the products. Errors excepted.

By clicking the "Submit Order" button in the final step of the order process, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

Orders in quantities not typical for a household may be rejected without justification. Rejections are systemically processed only after the automatically sent order confirmation.

Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping costs depend on the quantity of the goods ordered and the shipping method and are clearly communicated to you before you place your binding order. An overview can be found on the Shipping page.

Payment

Payment is made according to the chosen payment method.

Age Verification

If your order includes goods subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification to ensure the purchaser meets the required minimum age. The delivery agent will only hand over the goods after verifying age and only to the purchaser personally.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
