Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Please inform us about this through our contact form, referencing your order so we can identify it.

Please note that you will need to cover the costs of the return shipment yourself. Additionally, only the amount for the goods will be refunded; shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Withdrawal Procedure

Since shipping is usually processed very quickly, please contact us before printing the paid shipping label if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Otherwise, the return policy will need to be applied.
